By accessing or using SmartSpender (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

The Service is provided by ACL Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Wyoming Limited Liability Company.

SmartSpender is a web-based personal finance tool that allows users to:

• Import financial transaction data from CSV and Excel files
• Automatically categorize transactions using AI
• Ask natural language questions about spending habits
• Track budgets and receive spending alerts
• Scan and parse receipts using computer vision
• Split expenses with friends and groups
• View visual spending insights and charts

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the Service
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Not upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful data
• Be solely responsible for all data you upload to the Service

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by ACL Solutions LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ACL Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated insights or recommendations. You acknowledge that AI analysis may contain errors or inaccuracies.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wyoming.
