SmartSpender uses third-party AI services to provide its core features:

Anthropic (Claude 3.5 Sonnet)

Used for natural language query processing, transaction categorization, spending analysis, and generating financial insights. Your transaction data and queries are sent to Anthropic’s API for processing.

OpenAI (GPT-4o Vision)

Used for receipt scanning and image parsing. Receipt images are sent to OpenAI’s API for optical character recognition and data extraction.

Both providers process data under their respective data processing agreements. Your data is not used by these providers to train their AI models.
