By accessing or using Shredders ("the App"), provided by PookieB ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Shredders provides real-time snow conditions, AI-generated powder scores, trip planning tools, social features, and weather alerts for ski resorts. The App is available as a native iOS application and as a web application.
Important: Weather data, snow conditions, powder scores, and forecasts provided by Shredders are for informational purposes only. Conditions can change rapidly and without warning. Always verify conditions with official resort and road authority sources before traveling.
We source data from third-party weather services and resort feeds. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any weather or snow data. Powder scores are algorithmically generated and should not be the sole basis for safety or travel decisions. You assume all risk associated with skiing, snowboarding, and mountain travel.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and promptly update it if it changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of content you post, including check-ins, photos, comments, and trip plans ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Shredders uses artificial intelligence, including Claude by Anthropic, to provide chat-based recommendations and powder score analysis. AI responses are generated algorithmically and may not always be accurate or complete. Do not rely on AI recommendations for safety-critical decisions. AI chat conversations may be stored and used to improve the service.

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software, are the property of PookieB and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PookieB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from reliance on weather data, powder scores, road conditions, or AI recommendations. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PookieB, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Wyoming.
