By accessing or using Harmony Tracker ("the App"), provided by PookieB ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App. We may revoke this license at any time if you violate these terms.
Important: Nova is an AI assistant, not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, or medical professional. The guidance provided by Nova is for informational and self-improvement purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional mental health services.
If you or your partner are experiencing serious relationship issues, domestic violence, abuse, mental health crises, or thoughts of self-harm, please seek help from a licensed professional immediately. In emergencies, contact your local emergency services or the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233. AI-generated insights may not always be accurate and should be used as one tool among many in your relationship journey.
When you connect with a partner, certain data is shared between your accounts as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining your partner's consent before sharing any information about them through the App. You must not use the App's tracking or analysis features to monitor, control, or manipulate another person without their knowledge and consent. Misuse of partner features may result in account termination.
We recognize that relationship data is among the most personal information you can share with a service. We commit to treating all data entered into Harmony Tracker, including tracker data, AI conversations, message analyses, conflict documentation, and psychological profiles, with the highest standard of care. We will never sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, AI models, and software, are the property of PookieB and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you enter into the App, including tracker data and conversation content. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without our prior written consent.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated insights will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation. Relationship outcomes depend on many factors beyond the scope of any app, and we make no guarantees about the effectiveness of the tools or coaching provided.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PookieB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to emotional distress, relationship outcomes, or reliance on AI-generated advice. Our total liability for any claim arising from the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Wyoming.
