PookieB ("we," "us," or "our") operates Harmony Tracker, an AI-powered relationship coaching and habit tracking application. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our App. By using Harmony Tracker, you agree to the practices described in this policy. Given the deeply personal nature of relationship data, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of data protection.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo. If you sign in via Apple or Google, we receive the information you authorize those providers to share.
This includes information about your relationship that you voluntarily provide, such as relationship status, partner details, communication preferences, and psychological profile responses. This data is used exclusively to personalize your coaching experience.
We store all tracker entries you create, including streak records, counter values, timer durations, and negative event logs. This data is used to display your progress, generate insights, and share with your paired partner on shared trackers.
Conversations with Nova, including messages you send and AI responses, are stored to provide conversation continuity and context. Messages you paste for analysis are processed by the AI but can be deleted at any time.
When you pair with a partner, we store the connection between your accounts, shared tracker permissions, and pairing history. Both partners can see shared tracker data. Unpairing removes shared access but does not delete individual data.
We recognize that relationship data is among the most sensitive personal information you can entrust to a service. We treat all Harmony Tracker data with the highest level of care. We will never sell your data, use it for advertising, share it with data brokers, or use it for any purpose beyond operating and improving the App.
Harmony Tracker uses GPT-4 by OpenAI to power the Nova AI coach. When you interact with Nova, your messages and relevant context are sent to OpenAI's API for processing.
When you pair with a partner, the following data may be shared between accounts:
Private trackers, personal AI conversations, message analyses, and conflict documentation are never shared with your partner unless you explicitly choose to share them. You control what is shared at all times.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Tracker data and AI conversation history can be deleted at any time through the app settings. When you delete your account, we remove all personal data within 30 days, including tracker data, AI conversations, partner connections, and psychological profiles, except where retention is required by law. Data shared with paired partners is removed from shared views upon account deletion.

Harmony Tracker is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of Harmony Tracker after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We will never retroactively weaken the privacy protections described in this policy without your explicit consent.
