3 AI Processing

News Daily uses OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini to generate article summaries, sentiment analysis, and podcast scripts. When we process articles through GPT-4o-mini:

  • checkArticle content is sent to OpenAI's API for summarization
  • checkYour personal data (reading history, watchlists) is not sent to OpenAI
  • checkAI-generated summaries are cached on our servers for performance
  • checkPodcast audio is generated by ElevenLabs using AI-written scripts
